REMEDY
The Realtime Medicine Distribution System (REMEDY) is a web-based application that allows the identification and registration of hospitals, health centers, and Barangay offices that are in need of medicine or medicinal supplies (e.g. syringes, bandages, etc.). This is done through a module that will allow them to identify certain information such as their name, address, staff numbers, medicine inventory (names and stock levels), and the critical levels for every piece of medicine or medicinal supply. When a kind of medication or medicinal item reaches or falls below the critical level, their location will be marked on the map as a “flagged” location. There will also be a module where a hospital, health center or Barangay office can request for a certain kind of medication or medicinal item. When they submit their request, their location will also be flagged on the map.
